Pāvels Kostrica | Event Host in Riga and Latvia

My name is Pāvels Kostrica.
I am an event host based in Riga, working throughout Latvia.

I host weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, graduation celebrations and private parties.

My style is modern, relaxed and engaging — without outdated clichés, unnecessarily long speeches or awkward games that leave everyone feeling slightly embarrassed afterwards.

I help maintain the right pace throughout the evening, communicate naturally with guests, involve those who are comfortable taking part and make sure the event does not turn into a sequence of endless toasts, awkward pauses and randomly selected music.

I have more than 10 years of experience in the events industry. Alongside private and corporate events, I am also the host and organiser of WOW Quiz Riga.

In addition to hosting the event itself, I can help create the full structure of the evening: guest arrival, timing, interactive elements, transitions between different parts of the programme and the final part of the event.

I feel most confident hosting events in Russian, but I also have extensive experience hosting events in Latvian. Selected parts of the programme can also be hosted in English when required.
